LaMichael be some sort of Manhattan project to Harbaugh.
I remember speculation of us wanting him to be more of a receiver than a rb...
tbh it might just be him not learning the playbook yet....he got to camp real late because he was finishing up school in oregon I remember.

harbs might whip him out later on in the year :troll:

I'm ok with that though, Gore and Hunter are balling out and we might just throw Jacobs in for shyts and giggles against the Giants. Plus we got Manningham coming out on WR bubble screens and shyt. We are like Kung Fu monks that know 1000 different variations of the same technique, but if it ain't broke :pachaha:

LMJ and Jenkins look to be redshirted for the season, but there's nothing wrong with that because it shows you the depth we have.

If someone gets injured we got two promising rookies waiting to fill a spot.

They're truly redshirting James. I don't think he gets any time this season unless we suffer injuries to 2 of our backs and it warrents playing him. I remember Greg Roman saying they were more concerned with the development of the player than just putting him out there. Here's the quote:

Q: Given your depth, is it going to be tough maybe for WR A.J. Jenkins and RB LaMichael James to get out there once initially in the first regular game?

A:"It quite possibly may be. And if it is, it'd be of little concern to us. We're more worried about the development of the player. As a player in the National Football League, try to think big picture and developing a young player. They will have I'm sure a role in that time frame. But, how big that is, that's of little concern. It's the ongoing development, building the right habits, making sure we're moving forward in our development. That's the most important thing."

How does everyone feel going into this weekend?

I can't lie i`m very confident about this game, a lot more confident then I was against GB and even Detroit. I think Alex outplays Eli and the secondary gets some int's off Eli

for a game I think will be very close Im quite confident and calm for some reason

I think eli will throw for tons of yards and cruz will get his. however we shut down their run game and we get a turnover on D that ultimately ends up the difference in the game. alex will be his usual self and get 1 TD to VD with no turnovers. our run game ends up dominating the giants D and ripping it the fukk apart.

I feel the same way, my whole fam is Giants fans and trying to talk trash, but i`m really confident and calm is a great way to express it.

Usually i`m amped up for the game, but I feel like we're just gonna take care of business and probably win by more than 7. I feel we are better in almost every area and we have more reason to win and Harbaugh probably wants this one badly

those screens to manningham actually worked out great last couple of weeks, as did those wildcat runs as well actually...of course, those last two teams couldnt tackle for shyt :russ:

also Id point out that with the way our run game is working right now, play action pass been REALLY effective. defense bites a lot on it since it cheats towards the LoS anyway...like every other time we do it I see (and so does alex lately ) open ass receivers.
