also why would a win over the giants stop anyone from constructive criticism ?
great players and coaches dont pat themselves on their back after they played a great game and stay pat on some "yea we got this we tha best" shyt. they are perfectionists.
they study to get better and greater even if they are great already.
if they win a SB with him at helm itll help him be less polarized
I think every 49ers fan doesn't give 2 shyts who we win the SB win if we actually win it.
Alex made sense to be polarizing in the past, but ever since Harbaugh arrived the polarity should be a lot more limited. This is the best QB play we`ve had since Steve Young
I used to despise Smith, I was on the Troy Smith bandwagon as well as the #1 Shaun Hill supporter. It's just a totally different QB nowadays
I dont think u understand the meaning of 'constructive'. constructive criticism doesnt have to be providing information whatsoever. all it has to be is NOT be baseless. We're not players or coaches, the criticism isn't constructive because you're not really providing him or the team with the information.
It's just criticism.
And no one in here is on "we are the best" type of shyt, I just say it's nice to enjoy the win and give yourself a break from the film room
Jeff was the man, and I probably should have said arguably, but his highest rated season with us he was a 97 in passer rating, that's with TO. I think Alex could break that this year.I dont think u understand the meaning of 'constructive'. constructive criticism doesnt have to be providing information whatsoever. all it has to be is NOT be baseless.
also please dont tell me how to enjoy the win...you have your way and others have theirs. I like football and I like watching film and I like discussing it. you dont have to chip in if you dont like to and you dont have to read it.
this was a great win but there were still plays that bothered me. their goal line stand and our secondary getting beat only for fitz to throw ducks come to mind. you choose to ignore them because of the win, good for you.
not acceptable for me.
and yea dude whyd u have to diss jeff like that ?

I already said you can enjoy it any way you want, I just feel like it's redundant, like after the Jets game you were posting about how dude couldn't make deep throws.
At some point the pessimistic nitpicking gets old. We all want them to make every single play out there, but that isn't realistic.
I guess i`m just easier to satisfy.
Are we nitpicking Alex just to nitpick Alex at this point? We all know he isn't some elite superstar QB, but do we need to re-hash the same old shyt criticizing the guy every week, especially after a 45-3 win?
Dude is 8/1 for TD's right now and has us @ 4-1. He leads the league in passer rating and we're still trying to find something to nitpick him about?
You can do this to every QB in the NFL none of them are perfect, each one has their flaws. But constantly nit-picking the dude when he is playing good football is just getting ridiculous at this point.
Let's talk about our opponent this week.
yeah as bad as i hate that guy I really can't say too much about 78-3 in the last two games
He contributed to 21 of those points, though. Not trying to shyt on the guy but for the life of me I'll never understand a QB getting credit for shyt he didn't contribute to. He wasn't even on the field for a good amount of those points.
Our D scored more points than they allowed over the last 2 games
