Also, I gotta say: seeing all these fans online showing the pics they took with X is why I laugh at cats online who act it makes you less of a man to ask for a picture with another man, calling you a groupie :mjlol:

Life is about creating moments, and X created alot of moments for people. Now that he's no long with us in the flesh, it makes it even more special. Something those people can hold onto and cherish for the rest of their lives :wow:

Indeed nothing wrong in taking a picture with another man you support. But what I won't do is take a pic with a youtuber or some type influencer.

I just remembered my cousin met X back in 03 X was randomly walking around the mall in Manchester, England, they briefly had a chat and my cousin got a picture with him.

They need to release the “how’s it going down” with Faith Evans version. I need that as part of my Spotify playlist. One of my favorite rappers to ever do it. I actually got in trouble for playing his album over the phone for my friend while his parents were listening :mjlol:

Yo I remember back in the day my mom's friend really like the record and my mom called from work and put her on the phone and she asked who record was this (keep in mind this the radio version) I told her DMX. So I guess she went and copped the album and a few weeks later moms was her friend was taken back bout the skit before the song lol

When he was on Talib's podcast he said they was still waiting for a Dre beat, so not sure if he ever got it. X also said Nas, Scarface and Griselda is on it too.

What's slightly eerie is I heard the night he had his heart attack and Swizz posted the pic of them in the studio which he took down he had wrapped up the album

Was talking about X’s passing with my mom and i could just talk about him forever :wow:

X had a larger than life personality, was relatable, a unique voice, humble and vulnerable but also

When X hit the scene, it was like nothing I’ve seen in hip hop since, he felt like and became a mega star, what felt like instantly he came out with them 2 albums and shyt was :ooh: , he took over

it wasn’t forced, isnt was no industry shyt, esp when it was the bad boy era, X was gifted, dropped his first albums and it was so good, and full of energy it forced you to like it. And that what it was. And he’s been a legend since in my eyes.

younger generation wouldn’t get it or understand the true impact he had because it was kinda like a “flash in a pan thing”, even if they know of some his songs and know who he is, unless you were old enough at the time to remember it and be there for it, you wouldn’t comprehend or believe at one point X was mega fukking star and bigger than Jay Z before Hov found his footing in the game.
