you can find it on DMX channel. check the playlists and it's there.. idk if they are for sale in any other place though
I remember when he was beefin heavy with Ja and Irv Gotti and Murder Inc (I know they squashed it years later but They Want War was vicious). Otherwise who was really gonna try X? Maybe if X was as popular now as he was then, you mighta had the Tekashis of the world poke the bear just to get a reaction but even someone like 50 wasn’t that dumb.I don’t wanna bring bad energy to this thread but reading and watching all these posts, has anybody in the industry ever said a bad word about DMX? Every high profile rapper I can think of off top had beef with someone, I really can’t think of anybody going against X back in the day or present. Dude just seemed like a stand up guy who everyone rooted for, fukkin tragic man I’m really feeling this one
On Spotify? I don’t stream so that kinda stuff misses me, not surprised by any capitalization Def Jam does off his death though, or any other label really, opurtunistic vultures for the most part, the music is one thing (although I would love to see his children retain rights to his publishing) but what really sickens me is these labels owning the rights to your likeness, putting your face on whatever they want, I’m sure we will see a bunch of cheaply made merch for sale soon, RIP DMX dog tags, thin iron on image tees, fukkin bobbleheads and whatever else.
Absolute Facts!!!To be honest, Nip’s death prepared me for shyt like this. As sad as I am I gotta let shyt out. I’d way rather smile and celebrate the memory and legacy. If you’ve truly loved then you can let go despite the pain.
