Ruff Ryders did Dame Grease dirty. I can only tolerate a couple of songs on Flesh of my Flesh on the strength of Swizz. I wouldn't have been mad at Grease remixing that album because it would sound so much better

I feel the same way. Never been a Swizz fan outside of a few tracks, I feel like he’s more a product of marketing than anything. Every time I start playing FOMF, I find myself skipping theough to find a few verses that I like but can’t tolerate the production.

Yup, that’s half the reason people thought it was a hoax. They knew Makieveli was coming and they were making all these crazy connections between the author and Pac. It was an interesting time. I think it was the birth of internet conspiracy theories tbh. I remember websites dedicated to breaking down Pac lyrics and videos to prove he was still alive.
