it very disingenuous the acting and atmosphere - are much better in the remake- everyone act like a human with understandable motivation.

i prefer the arcade nature and the set pieces in the original. but it not like re4 og is not available on every platform under the sun and will be port again when new hardware becomes available.

i think the first one might be skipable if you can get that door open with him still in the room (however, i never tried that). the second encounter has two of them and you have to kill them

Breh I love RE2 (OG and Remake) so much, I bought RE2make for my Series X while my PS5 is away for repairs (I had it on PS4/5). Now that I got a 120fps TV, that shyt is beautiful in high frame rate mode

RE2 still the GOAT RE game (OG and Remake)

got a chance to sit down with it recently and honestly

they cut out so much of the story. the weapons were underwhelming. i liked how they extended luis's storyline, and the mine cart level was retardedly fun but cmon. the del lago 2.0 sucked too. it was amazing graphically but felt generic af once i picked up the sticks. give me the OG version on gamecube over this any day.

that original fight was a mf. when i played it back in 2005 i didnt realize you were supposed to use the nitrogen tanks to freeze him then shoot him

of all the bosses in that game, i hated this one the most. i wonder why he wasnt in the remake?
