You can use it across all scenarios for both Leon and Claire. It’s yours, you earned itSo you’ll only be able to use that weapon for that scenario ect? Or can you use it across all scenarios?

Yup. That's one of the things that if you mention, old school gamers will call you a "casual" for, but I agree with you.Game ain’t hard but it’s the type of games I grew up with
Games are totally different as far as ammo, health, saves, knowing which way to go etc
I appreciate new age gaming cause a lot of old games purposely tried to waste your time and this game does some of that
so u want a game to tell u everywhere u need to go next ? esp a horror game ? that defeats the purposeYup. That's one of the things that if you mention, old school gamers will call you a "casual" for, but I agree with you.
My time is limited. I don't have any interest in having sections where I'm completely lost without a clear understanding of where I need to go or what I need to do next.
I don't mind taking a minute to solve a specific puzzle, or small section, but running around the same areas for 20 - 30 minutes with no real idea of what's next is stupid as hell to me for a video game.
This is a fantastic game overall, but I agree with what you said.

There's a thin line between "no hand holding" and "poor game design".Agreed... Especially if you played the first 2 resident evils THERE WAS NO HAND HOLDING!!!! sink or swim...

Yes, theres literally a note in the game either on the 2nd floor or the 3rd floor by the room where you use the c4 that states just walk pass themThink I'll try a hardcore run after I do a b-side run.
So just walking pass the licks won't cause them to react?
I'm not an elite gamerJust admit you are not a elite gamer

Not everything needs to be spelled out with a red trail on the map like Red Dead Redemption, but there doesn't need to be a complete lack of direction either.
This game does a good job of walking that line for the most part, especially with how detailed the map is.
Who said the puzzles are complex? At least its not dark souls... Resident Evil you can figure out shyt because its plain as day when the puzzles are in your face... Like if there's a statue that has 3 circular grooves I imagine it needs 3 things that fit in the holes... the puzzles aren't THAT complex!!!

Ya'll take a simple generalization I made about games and started defending points I didn't even mention.
