Cant speak for hardcore since I haven’t tried it yet, but this was easy as fukk for me, just gotta know what enemies to kill, stun or completely avoid, Im pretty sure I killed damn every Enemy including the lickers from the point of stepping into the lab up to finishing Leon’s chapter with not a care in the world for ammo preservice since I stocked so much shotgun and magnum ammo from being smart in the police station. Stored my pistol, used the flamethrower on the plant zombies, shotgun for normal zombies and magnum for G/Mr X

The game even on EASY is too hard?!!?!

One thing I’m not really getting tho, I’m a little bit into Claire B and I woulda thought they’d make it a bit more consistent in terms of it pairing with “A”...I understand it would be hard to do but still, for the most part it literally looks like Leon was never even there?

Haven't seen the video but for me, I really like were the difficulty is at.
This game brought the tension back that RE4,5, and 6, really stripped away from the series.
I like the feeling that every encounter even against 2 zombies can be fatal.
I also like that at no point do you really feel like an unstoppable force.

I'm 100% with you here. I'm not a big fan of 4,5, and 6 myself considering I like my horror games to be horror and not action games with QTE. 7 & this is how its supposed to be.

Most people fukk up because they so use to being casual and damn near every game out here holding your hand where its to the point that its impossible to die or if you do die there aren't any consequences. All you gotta do is juke the zombies, if they get in your way then 2-3 shots to the knee cap will handle that, WALK pass the lickers, and distance yourself between you and X. If you do all that then you'll have all types of ammo and health items for the real shyt

Exactly, I didn’t fire a single shot at X or any of the lickers in the station

Just started with Leon.I was playing in the dark when my 5 year old Lil girl came in while I was in the gas station. I had to turn it off. I'm anxious to get started again.

PC version tips/tricks.

Tips and tricks:
Cap the frame rate/potentially improve frame times (1): Download RivaTuner Statistics Server, input your desired framerate limit in the "Framerate limit" box, and hit enter (the program comes bundled with MSI Afterburner and earlier versions of EVGA PrecisionX). Alternatively, those with an Nvidia GPU have the option of Nvidia Inspector, which can also be used to impose a framerate cap, either in a similar manner to RTSS or by way of forcing a different vsync interval (click the small tool icon to open the game profile section).
Note: Useful if you your system can't maintain, say, 60fps and you're sensitive to the wild fluctuations, or you're experiencing uneven frametimes. The greater window the engine has to render a given frame, if you're imposing a lower framerate than the game can otherwise provide, may also help in alleviating stuttering related to data streaming.
Potentially improve frame times (2): Use exclusive fullscreen rather than borderless fullscreen.
Stop the game from crashing after 15 minutes on touch-capable systems running Windows 10: Open the task manager, switch to the Services tab and disable TabletInputService.

Game ain’t hard but it’s the type of games I grew up with

Games are totally different as far as ammo, health, saves, knowing which way to go etc

I appreciate new age gaming cause a lot of old games purposely tried to waste your time and this game does some of that

So to unlock the infinite ammo sub machine gun, do I have to complete both Leon a and then Claire b in under the time limits on hardcore? Or will I get it for just doing either A or B in under the time?

nah just claire i think its 3:30 or less on standard im not sure

I'm talking critical or danger status health status, low ammo and I had to go around a BUNCH of fukking zombie dogs all the way back to the PD to finally open the shutter door with the crank. I'm talking shyt where I could've died and lost an hour of progress. shyt forced me to up playing later than usual.

Sounds like hardcore mode; some nikkas aren't built for it.
