Era is corny and pretentious but I do respect that their individual game threads have decent traffic in there. Wish there was less stan warring in here and more actual game discussions

Games like Eastward actually have impressions being shared over multiple pages

This place seems more of a shoot the shyt approach to gaming, while the AAA shyt gets biblical pages of proportions. There are some hidden gems like the Retro Handheld thread, but sadly if it's not nostaliga gaming memories, bombs, AAA discussion, and fanboy bullshyt, with a twine of PC master gang (which I rep despite not having a PC at the moment), it doesn't get play over here.

Yet, most of those big threads concerning games over there always ends up on some weirdo deep meaning shyt. Like brehs really have philosopher ideas of a storyline that's not even in the damn game

the actual game threads here don't have warring but for lesser games... like you said, stuff like "Eastward" people don't really care about them on here, even nintendo games.

i've played a lot of games this year that have single or two pages worth of discussion on here.

At this point, I'm over the AAA titles after getting burnt by Cyberpunk.

I'm just going to indie game the shyt, and just NVIDIA GeForce now the rest whenever I get a Macbook.

Gaming is in a weird place right now with all of this lootbox, MTX, Gacha bullshyt

You should check out banner saga trilogy also, its like fire emblem meets Oregon trail, dope art and animation as well look like a throwback disney movie

On the real, I was going to cop on the Switch since there's a trilogy bundle. Once I get back on my feet, this is getting cop as well since I am going back to the basics of RPG/Simulator type of games.

When a person says they're a woman I'm thinking genitalia not some mental picture they have of their role in society. If a girl is a tomboy she's still a girl even if she doesn't identify with what society says feminine should be. The same way I can't say my mental image and role in society is a white man while my skin is brown I look at them saying they're the opposite sex from what they were given and mutilating their bodies the same.

The fact that I was born with a penis isn't some life defining thing for who I am. To me it's like saying I have brown eyes.

Seems like they're splitting hairs to try and accommodate some discomfort.

I honestly don’t give a shyt about this gender/trans shyt, i run into a transgender person like once a year. I went to school with some “non-binary” kids and it’s honestly whatever, none of them are militant queers shouting people down like you see on twitter.

In real life none of this shyt is important or pertains to my daily life. I’m tired of the internet making everything seem more important than it really is.

I tried with a older version of the game and it was so frustrating at the time. I kept losing money and my booking stunk up the joint.

I used to just do booking mode in Fire Pro Wrestling World since I enjoy the match simulation side of the game, along with the heavy stuff in the background. Nothing as serious as TEW.

I should probably try to get back into the game though

Its somewhat easier now and there are more features.

Also the real world mods are pretty good.

Historical mods are good as well. Although in one mod I tried to right the ship in WCW in 97-98 , it was a lost cause after 6 months in-game.

There is also a mod that starts in the 70s. It specifically starts in January 1970.

These people view themselves through their sex and sexuality. My biological sex and sexuality are things about me but they don't define me. To them that's who they are. It's the center of their universe.

I guess when you go against the grain of society you end up viewing things that way.

I am curious, if they weren't exposed to all these sex and sexual concepts from external influences would they still be that way. Honestly I didn't even know the concept of non-binary existed until the last 7 or so years. It wasn't something I understood until the idea was introduced to me.
