Notice they somehow acknowledged that the purpose of DEI is to offset bigotry, but they only have a problem with the DEI, not with the bigotry. :francis:

Attorney Generals who signed off on the letter:

Kansas - Kris Kobach
Alabama - Steve Marshall
Tennessee - Jonathan Skrmetti
Arkansas - Tim Griffin
Indiana - Todd Rokita
Nebraska - Mike Hilgers
Iowa - Brenna Bird
South Carolina - Alan Wilson
Kentucky - Daniel Cameron
West Virginia -Patrick Morrisey
Mississippi - Lynn Fitch
Missouri - Andrew Bailey
Montana - Austin Knudsen

Kansas AG Kris Kobach is the one who wrote the letter. In the past, he's been called "the most racist politician in America" because he has spent his entire career working towards anti-black voter suppression, radial anti-immigrant measures, and trying to normalize religious and racial profiling. I guess you can add "keeping non-white people out of the workforce" to the mix now.

These are the cacs that need to be dealt with..

I don't know about Montana. But we better get some business 101 networking going in these other states.

Why is it so difficult to believe there are qualified black people with decent jobs? Do they know this, or are they playing dumb because they want an excuse to hire their own?

I think its just like with the NFL. They know their are qualified black people. But theyd rather hire an equally qualified/slightly less qualified cac they can be friends/lovers with. Its tribalism and comfortability for some, and fullblown racism for others

Let them fire us, we don't need them. We got welfare, we'll be aight.

Nah breh:mjlol:

People have plans and goals. Its not cool if employers are going to start retaliating and doing slick shyt to get rid of what may have been quota hires. People dont need they lives disrupted based on this. I just dont wanna see cacs starting that passive aggressive shyt.

Because these private companies are already not hiring too many Black people. It's always been the opposite. If we were benefitting from Affirmative Action in the workforce, it escaped me somehow. I've always had to be overqualified to get jobs, but maybe your experience has been different. Not saying that these republicans aren't gunning for us (Black people), but this particular action by them is suggesting that corporations are over hiring Black people, when I haven't seen evidence of that. I could be wrong. I agree that the Republicans are trash and trying to implement harmful policies, I just don't think they're living in reality.

I kinda believe this. But hard to say without knowing what these companies quotas are.

Breh this is what racism in the open is.

Is this not what we wanted?

How else was it supposed to look?

Of COURSE they're gonna be firing us in record numbers and trying to lock us out of good paying jobs that we are more than qualified for.

This is what racism in the open looks like.

Now I could be wrong but I seem to remember you being on that wave before I was.

Now that I'm on it, a lot of the brehs are trying to back off. Nah stand 10 toes down on it like I am.

We said we want racism in the open. This is it. We're getting exactly what we wanted.

I don't have a problem with it. Why do you? :mjpls:

You damn right. We voted for democrats in record numbers and then we stop voting for them for a couple of cycles and let the other side win some key positions and now stuff is falling apart. :dahell: It's only been 7 years since we stopped voting for the Dems. You telling me 7 years of Republicans in office being able to do whatever they want cause they hold all the key positions necessary to pass legislation means that they can strip away the rights of black people?

You telling me that it was necessary to keep democrats in power so this wouldn't happen? :dahell: :patrice:

I know you’re trolling, but there is no power and advancement in being dependent on the government, and I hate when people pass that mentality down to their children. The children don’t even attempt to succeed, because they know they were raised on government dependence. Parents need to keep it on the low.
