Tucker Carlson Goes On Racist Rant To Celebrate Migrants' Relocation To Martha's Vineyard

Tucker Carlson went on a racist rant Thursday night while celebrating what he called the “happy story” of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sending two immigrant-filled planes to Martha’s Vineyard this week.
The Fox News host, who suggested sending migrants “in huge numbers” to Martha’s Vineyard back in July, said the island lacked diversity and claimed DeSantis was just trying to help.

DeSantis’ migrant relocation effort was part of a tactic by Republican governors to draw attention to what they claim are the White House’s failed immigration policies, The Associated Press reported. But as the chyron on Carlson’s program noted: “We’d hate to see Martha’s Vineyard destroyed.”
“The Vineyard is going to need to construct shantytowns for all these new people,” Carlson said. “But we can’t call them ‘shantytowns,’ obviously that’s demeaning. So we’re going to call them ‘townships’ after Obama’s favorite country, and then we’re going to give them dignified names that suggests some kind of victory over adversity. Mandela, Cesar Chavezville, Kamalapolis.”
Carlson also joked that the migrants should stay at the Martha’s Vineyard property owned by Barack and Michelle Obama so they could have a “goat barbecue.”

The planes reportedly contained roughly 50 migrants from Venezuela and Colombia. Massachusetts lawmakers said officials “jumped into action” to provide short-term shelter along with support on the island.

So you see things through a lens rather than as they are. Have you been to Martha’s Vineyard? Have you been to Florida? Where would you prefer to be if given the choice? Do you think these migrants had the idea that Texas is where they want to go or do you think they are migrants and open to being in the more hospitable environment?

Think breh, this was probably the most comfortable travel time they’ve had on their entire trip

Stop politicizing
Lol, only to end up in a place where the monthly rent is probably more than they made in the past year. Moving them to a place with no infrastructure or plan to support these people is inhumane and doesn’t take into account the long term effect this will have on these people’s well being. Places like Florida and Texas have industries built on the “use” of migrant workers…

Martha’s Vineyard does not :skip:

If they wanted to make a political statement they should have publicly reached out to sanctuary cities with a proposed plan for them to take on these migrants and express willingness to forgo some of their funding that they receive to deal with these people. Then they could use the inevitable push back to their advantage… Hell, they could have at least given them a couple months warning and let the shyt storm from the NIMBY policies that would be quickly developed blow up in their faces.

But nope… they went full psycho. You never go full psycho

When southern states have to deal with millions of people crossing the border, it's 'Hey guys let the dreamers on through! Who are we to tell them no?" Now when the people pushing these policies get a busload of 50, the rhetoric shifts to, "OH MY GOODNESS! STOP THE HUMAN TRAFFICKING!"

Sanctuary cities crying about a few hundred migrants. When border states are getting thousands a day.

These are all valid concerns that will need to be addressed on the ground

Lol at the irony of you saying "stop politicizing" when Death Santis explicity did this to spite a "blue state". Moving humans around like pieces on a monopoly board to score political points IS POLITICIZATION. This was the intent. And that's all that matters.

Letting millions across the border in the attempt to procure Latino votes isn't 'politicization?' It's fine to let millions into southern states, but the minute the blue states that support open border policies get 50, here come the human trafficking chants. Funny how quickly the allies change their tune when they have to personally deal with the issue on their own lawn.
