These two guys they arrested look Spanish looking. I have a feeling these two will end up dead before they talk or they are just some random hispanic men they arrested so they can be the fall guy so we never truly know who killed Jovnel Moise. Everything seems staged. Even the "shootout" footage against the gunmen released by the police. The shootout occurred in the daytime. If these are truly the gunmen how did they track them down? Where did they go after Moise was killed? So many questions.

From what you said you make it look like your family among the elite that either was tied in to military corruption or benefits from it. :comeon:

The fact that you big-upping Papa Doc and even the fukking French, repeating that lie about Aristide and tire burning when he did NOT say that shyt (it was a lie taken from a snippet of a speech where he wasn't even talking bout tires) and not one person was burned with a tire between that speech and when he was disposed shows what you're about.

I think it pretty clear that my connections in Haiti and your connections in Haiti are from pretty different social groups. Anyone can see every other thread about Haiti you've been taken to task with all the other Haitians saying you're full of shyt. You say that Aristide PERSONALLLY threatened to kill your father and uncle? Are you gonna claim you ain't part of the Haitian elite then?
That's that speech he's referring to by the way and yes, what he said got distorted to justify the coup

This shyt makes me look at all these third world Presidents security funny. I remember The President of Kenya has driven himself one deep multiple times

I used to live right near the Dominican white house and walked past it everyday. I was low key surprised that they had random houses that were used as Airbnb's that ANYONE could rent and see the President move around. Yeah he had security but I used to work at the US chamber of Commerce across the street from the white house and if you went on the roof you'd better tell the Secret service because they had 24 hour sniper security and even when pointed out to me the obvious sniper hide on the white house roof I still could barely see them and needless to say there was 360 sniper protection and I couldn't see the other ones. There probably wasn't snipers at the Kenyan or Dominican white houses because they had small buildings around them.

That being said there was some distance from the Kenyan residence from random houses and as far as I know you couldn't rent an Airbnb near there and the street was partially blocked/ guarded. That wasn't the case at the Dominican white house.

When I lived in the DR back in the late nineties, Leonel didn't actually live at the presidential palace, he had an appartment in a high rise in Naco, although I don't know what his security looked like.

No I’m no Fraph guy. I’m saying this nikka threatened to have them killed while he was president the first time before he got exiled lol…

and this nikka Aristide is worth 100s of millions. How you think he, a priest got there? Lol. You can’t say anything positive about Aristide to me bruh. He’s not for the poor . He’s a great orator and public speaker tho.

now shyt is different in Haiti tho. The billionaires control that shyt with a iron fist. Each got their own gangs. I mean there’s a reason why these groups are terrorizing the people but don’t be touching the super rich people’s family tho. If they do get touched, you know another family is behind it
You're spreading right-wing myths about Aristide instigating necklacing and I don't think he just walked around randomly threatening citizens to kill them. If your family had beef with Aristide, it was political.

You keep pushing the most wild-ass ridiculous stories. :dahell:

Papa Doc and his son absolutely destroyed the lives of the poor. You keep focusing on "security" cause that's all the rich care about, so long as they have "security" then they're fine cause they rich, they don't care if a fascist dictator is fukking over everyone else.

But under the Duvaliers the lives of the poor were absolutely wrecked. They stole land from the poor and gave it away to the military. They killed all the pigs so the poor didn't have a way to make a living anymore. They ran economic projects like dams that enriched the elite while fukking over the poor communities whose land they ruined. They completely ignored health care infrastructure so that Haiti became the epicenter of AIDS and TB. They drove most of the doctors and teachers and anyone with pro-poor ideas out of the country. They took tens of millions of foreign aid meant for the poor and diverted it into their own accounts. And of course they had the Tonton Macoute terrorizing anyone who disagreed with them. You're talking "so long as you didn't talk shyt..." when the body count of people directly killed by his forces has been estimated to be 50,000+.

You're saying "security security!" while ignoring that for regular folk in Haiti, when you favor the military and "security" over the needs of the poor you are KILLING people.

"Killed the pigs!" :russ::gucci:. The hell you get your info from ? Under the Duvaliers, I ate griot whenever I wanted :blessed:.

Haiti had security, the street were clean, agriculture thrived Sugar, coffee and rice were being exported and feeding farmers. We had regular Christmases with stores open until midnight. Haiti had on of the most renowned shipyards in the Caribbean. Dark skin Haitians thrived because of papa doc, go look at pics of army officers before him. He kept his foot on the necks of the mulatto elite to prop up darker Haitians. Tourism, culture, sports teams all of it was better.

Did he rule with an iron fist yes but as discuss that is what developing countries need. A lot of these stories come from Haitians who claimed they were refugees but really violated a program that sent Haitians accross the globe to teach at other developping countries and couldn't come back home.

Papa Doc was not perfect, but he was most definitely an educated Pan-Africanist

I'm not gonna make excuses for him or slander his name, because ALL of our founding fathers were some iron fisted Pan-Africanists that made mistakes and caught bodies along the way.

Dessalines would kill a nikka for disrespect.

Haitian rulers are just some gangsta nikkas..... its just our culture... We pro-black but we'll kill a nikka at the same time.

I think alot of bad decisions he made was due to extreme paranoia.

The racism and violence that occurred during the United States occupation of Haiti, which began in 1915, inspired black nationalism among Haitians and left a powerful impression on the young Duvalier.[11] He was also aware of the latent political power of the poor black majority and their resentment against the tiny mulatto elite.[12] Duvalier supported Pan-African ideals,[13] and became involved in the négritude movement

After being elected president in 1957, Duvalier exiled most of the major supporters of Déjoie.

Duvalier promoted and installed members of the black majority in the civil service and the army.[13] In July 1958, three exiled Haitian army officers and five American mercenaries landed in Haiti and tried to overthrow Duvalier; all were killed.[21] Although the army and its leaders had quashed the coup attempt, the incident deepened Duvalier's distrust of the army
