It would be entertaining to hear how Austin responds to Heyman...When Austin freestyles on the mic, he can just get a crazy flow...those WHAT promos were REAL SLICK and smart. It was very quick witted.
While i would've been interested in Austin/Brock at one point, not now. Lesnar is too reckless for someone with Stone Cold situation.

I don't think that's as big of a deal as it is him getting booed against Lesnar though. And seeing how a Rock match is just as big as a WM 31 title match against Brock, I see it as better scenario for Roman.
I see Reigns getting very little backlash after a potential match against Rock is done. He will have a huge win on his resume and a feud against a guy that I'm sure it's gonna do his best to make his cousin - and the next big star WWE wants to have - look like a million bucks. Post Mania I see Roman being elevated in the fans eyes without them being pissed that he took the title spot from a Daniel Bryan (or Ambrose, or whoever). People might boo him in the build up and in the match, but after that I think dude gets way more respect and cheers than if they book him against Lesnar.
Against Brock, Reigns is gonna face people not liking him because he "doesn't deserve" a W vs Lesnar. And that's gonna haunt him for a long ass while. And it's not gonna be his fault, so they should look for an alternative that accomplishes what in WWE's mind a victory over Brock at WM would mean for Roman's career, and to me that's a Rock match.
Well beating the Rock is much bigger and newsworthy than beating Brock. People didn't buy Cent beating Rock..like they didn't buy Goldberg beating him. Beating Brock isn't about any backlash or "deserves"..it just shows how out of touch they are with their fanbase. The Undertaker took a dive over this Lesnar thing...so it all better add up in Levi Stadium instead of them underestimating their audience again like they did at Rumble 2014.
This actually isn't true at all. When Austin/Rock held the belts, they'd repeatedly have title matches on Raw... and they had it almost like CLOCKWORK the nights after PPVs
Don't know about Taker, but D-Bry owns Cena in kayfabe. If Cena can barely escape victory at ER a couple of years ago then I don't see how D-Bry can't

I don't know about that breh??? Maybe an occasional tag match or some kind of occasional gimmick..... But I don't remember either one of them defending the title week in and out opponent after opponent...... I do remember a lot of long winded promo's, a lot fukkery, and a lot of attacking folks
Listen, if I'm wrong I'm wrong... but that was my era, and there were title matches WAY more frequently than you see now. Raw was worth watching for more than keep track of plot points... events happened.

For everyone saying they're gonna shyt on Reigns, the E has about 8 months to make sure that's not the case.
Reigns has to be booked well, and it's not about wins and losses. He needs to be someone the fans identify with and want to win.
I suggest you have him in some real hardcore type battle (no blood and guts, but something to earn the respect of the diehards) and you get Lesnar/Bryan out of the way if you can, the fans wont feel good about WM31 going down this way unless the guy who never lost the title gets a shot at it.

May have missed if someone posted it in here but...
Why not have Brock vs Rock this WM, then the Royal Rumble in 2016, have Rock screw Reigns and set up the drive to that?

i been away to long, my feeling died.
Roman is not championship material , he never will be, he is at best Mason Ryan with better looks and charisma . Rock should not sully his legacy by wrestling a bum like this . DB is tailor made for Brock with a storyline written already, the authority sees him win the rumble and don't want a repeat of the yes movement again so they make the match no hold bared and no DQ and if Daniel loses he must retire for good. A match where DB can low blow him , hit him with chairs and do whatever to win is realistic for him to win. Rock should face any of these 3 men, Taker, big Dave in a battle of the stars or HBK. Roman can wrestle Zack or Adam Rose in the pre show .
