Ufc is set up to cannibalize itself every 18 months or so. Once a fighter gets KOd or taps, their shine is 90% gone.

Ur replacing stars who may be good fight sellers with someone else who may start out hot, but can't sustain or they may not have the charisma to sell fights.

If anything, I think Punk is the reason AJ turned her back on wrestling (besides her injuries of course). Reading her book, it was a life long dream for her, she put in work to make it to the top and now she’s 31 and isn’t involved in wrestling in any capacity?

Boxing and Wrestling withstood the storm and now things are looking up for both businesses.
