Detroit is gonna be one of the up and coming cities in America, although blacks aren't gonna be allowed to live there anymore
First, investors are buying basing businesses here and buying property like it's going out of style.

And newly elected mayor Duggan's hidden agenda of moving people out of their neighborhoods to take it over is gonna start taking place. Many people don't see it, but I guarantee Duggan is gonna move all poor people to one small part of the city, then make everything else so expensive that only whites can live there

We chose to not own.... We aren't being smart by letting them take over mid town. we sold all the homes we did own.... and there was a time when the downtown buildings were worth shyt. Our peps w money had no interest in that shyt.
