Harlem
people will spend any amount to not live somewhere cold. I can save 350K and get a house twice as big, with a nice heat and cooling units. Then travel to a beach somewhere during the winter for vacation.

Most believe Nevada is only Vegas + desert especially

Those who live outside of the USA

when Reno is 500miles north a huge tech/job hub

Nevada Is The Most Mountainous State In The Lower 48
Yes, Nevada is arid, but it’s definitely not flat. With over 300 individual mountain ranges spanning across the Silver State, this makes Nevada the most mountainous state in the continental US. Of thos

Born raised in Los Angeles

. Reno is 500 miles from Vegas equivalent of NYC to north Carolina
:scust:.

Have your only two major cities be 500 miles apart and the rest of your state be nothing but old mining towns from the 1800s with only about 500 of the same rural Trump cacs they interview in random diners on CNN brehs. :hhh:

Change the name of that state to Ne:trash:da. :trash:

It has to, there's no way these current prices are sustainable :why:
The market may cool off but there’s no guarantee of a “crash”. And if there is then best believe foreign and institutional money will be over everything. I would buy before the interest rates get back raised to prepandemic levels at the very latest.

Housing market is ridiculous right now.

I was thinking about buying something this year (it would be my first house) but the way these prices are looking I might just rent for another year or two until the market crashes.

Same thing Im thinking.
My apartment lease is up in May, Im thinking of getting a friend to rent a 2 bedroom with me for the following year, and then see whats up with the market.
