Like I stated before, the results could have been tampered with. The police went this far in protecting the identity of the shooter so the corruption is already there.

The toxicology report means that she was inebriated. To what point we'll never know. It doesnt justify getting shot at all. But if shes knocking like shes the motherfukkin police and kicking on the door like a drunk bytch hollin and shyt @4am.....It would make sense that her behavior is say 'erratic or 'unusual' if toxicology reports say yea she was drunk or high or drunk and high. If she was completely sober, it just baffles me as to what the fukk could have taken place and this is where the internet and this page get split.

It wont ever come out whether he had the shotgun by the door or if it was under the bed, whether he brought it with him or saw she was black and went and got it. like @mrken12 said the cover up has been blown, too many details have been fukked with. Who crashes, is able to walk off the accident, and don't have a cell phone to call somebody, and gotta knock on random doors at night? Makes sense if she was intoxicated though. He is going to get convicted for this. This whole case falls on the question, "Was it reasonable for him to fire that weapon at her?". At 4am in the morning it is not reasonable to shoot someone in the face if they are knocking at your door. Then he is saying it accidentally went off. It could have been ANYONE at the door. It could have been a family member of his. But going to your door with a shotgun loaded and pointed at the door is not reasonable. He should have called the police, not fire off a round in her face. But with that being said I think he is going to get manslaughter and do about 5 years in prison.

This is a popular site and one of the better petition websites....Earlier this year months ago, the House did not decide to touch that Violence Against Women Act and pass it until it started getting hundreds of thousands of petitions...

This is the thing that pisses me off...I am not gonna lighten domestic violence or anything but it along with the petitions on the site about gay rights/gay marriage also got hundreds of thousands of petiton....

I want to start up and write up a petition on there but I get the feeling that even on the Coli i would be lucky to get 20 signatures....

I mean we have over 12,000 members on here but I still am skeptical because of how we don't ever learn to put our power together as Black folks....
