This is a popular site and one of the better petition websites....Earlier this year months ago, the House did not decide to touch that Violence Against Women Act and pass it until it started getting hundreds of thousands of petitions...

This is the thing that pisses me off...I am not gonna lighten domestic violence or anything but it along with the petitions on the site about gay rights/gay marriage also got hundreds of thousands of petiton....

I want to start up and write up a petition on there but I get the feeling that even on the Coli i would be lucky to get 20 signatures....

I mean we have over 12,000 members on here but I still am skeptical because of how we don't ever learn to put our power together as Black folks....

I tried searching the site(again its one of the better sites for petitons) and saw NO MENTION at all about the Jay Z/Barney situation...

The thing I love about the website is that the petitions don't really expire(not that i know of) like Obama's White House petition website or change.org and there are petitions from 2012 that flopped that you could still try to revive....

I need you guys help on what would you want or recommend exactly for me to write it up on....another thing about the site is that you can have your petition go to the White House, Senate, House, your State Governor, or local representative,etc. In the case of our federal government at the White House, you could send it to all the branches...

Anyway you guys could work with me if you want or if you prefer give me something to write up ....

what would you like us to talk about in the petition?

1. Petition sent to President Obama asking him to Reschedule Marijuana from a Schedule 1 Drug to a Schedule 4 Drug?

2.Calling out Ray Kelly and Bloomberg before both of them leave in a couple months and discussing the racist cops in New York and all over the country

Neither clown. I was on that Black Empowerment tip that you're on, years ago. I've learned Blacks are lost in this courtry. Black women love the CAC man too much. They've fought for women's rights more than Black rights. Even in feminism, they don't go at CAC men like that.

But I think everything should be done, including petitions. . I recommend shyt all the time but people think it's too radical. I was gonna go to the protest in dearborn, but I was like fukk it... I've been to way too many protest in the last 8 years over madd shyt. IF nikkas aren't about real shyt, then I can't fukk w it. Realistically all goons n nikkas with nothing to lose, should be organized. I'm not sure why certain police chiefs and key local cac-politicians aren't murked. I'm not sure why we don't have too many tech centers for black youth... along with unity at simply killing anyone who commits a crime against us.

I love my race, but Black people can't win here. Most Black women hate Black Men and love and pray for affection of a CAC man. That's why they want to be white women. Weaves and contacts.

So we all know the issues...... But are we really gonna come on here and blame the black woman????? Then we might as well blame every 12 year old boy who wants to sell drugs too. This shyt is by design. dissing black women isn't gonna help the issue.

Black men have been systematically emasculated and placed into positions with limited ability to provide for families and a higher chance to end up in the justice system.... WTF did we expect to happen to the black women . Our women were placed into maddddddd unnatural positions for the last 70+ years, Then we started making money in the 50s -70s and Frankly acted like fools towards them, then hyped up white bytches in the 70-90's... So these hardened women went hard and still go hard at us.

REgardless of all that, black women have never been able to save black women.... white people could care less. IF we have an issue with black women then we need to do something about it - dissing and combating. them isn't helping.

i saw a great post on LSA(don't laugh) talking about how we don't realize how much we have it granted with our technology in comparison with the civil rights movement generation and how they did all that work without it...
