Played with this earlier.....while playing bloodborne....the picture quality loss was pretty significant and the game looked really washed out and blurry....the atmosphere and background effects took a huge hit....did notice an increased response time and a lightness to my character tho....idk tho...game did not look good at all tho...guess i need 2 play with it more

Tv is a sammy 65h8000 just for reference

Doing this turns off all the post processing the TV does to the picture to make it look "better" which also adds a substantial amount of input lag to games.

Yes i understood what would happen....i was just reporting back...i played with it again and noticed the degradation wasnt as bad as i first thought. However.. why exactly is this route better than using Game Mode?

I have a Sammy as well and things did pickup. I wish there was a way to measure it between the "game" input and using "pc" to truly measure the distance.
