You're complaining that one dude was getting bigger cheers over another dude in a fake sport.

nikkas exposing themselves all in this thread :dead:

If you didn’t watch Raw until 1999/2000, maybe you should listen to people who was plugged into USA Network and actually did watch Raw in those prior years in real time (Not replaying on the Network, but actual real time).

The owner of the damn WWE said himself on however many documentaries he got to shyt on WCW in that Austin did save the company from getting its ass kicked by bischoff and once they came back, then everyone else got next after (for you nikkas who was only watching Nitro, Rock was coronated at Survivor Series 1998 as the next one up). nikkas in here acting like Austin is HHH or something. Rock would prob tell y’all himself y’all buggin :russ:

And that’s taking away nothing from Rock or Austin. Both the GOATS and we should celebrate that we got to witness them coexist at the same time (this will be ignored so why am I typing this:russ:)

Nope Hogan was basically a God in The WWF and he was gone for 7 years at that point
Ever single person on that roster would of been booed against Hogan

It doesnt matter if he saved the company are not, from 2000 onward rock was bigger than austin. Rock vs hogan was always the plan. It was never austin Hogan. That just a dream match smarks wanted like all the other dream matches out there

Before nwo signed it was supposed to be a returning benoit vs austin but nwo signed and he never came back. And then austin refused to work with hogan even tho hogan said he was willing to put over rock or austin

You leaving out the fact that Austin refused to work with Hogan, not the other way around.

Hogan that year jobbed to rock, lesnar, taker, angle, etc. Austin refused because he didn’t think the match would deliver

lets put it this way

austin vs hogan is a bigger match than rock vs hogan.
shyt, it might be considered the biggest match in wrestling history if it happened.

rock vs hogan was plan b for a reason.

So what plan did Austin get when he faced Scott Hall? Plan E :mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:??

austin said the word on the street was hogan wasn't gonna lose to him..austin also said he had no intentions of jobbin to hogan. yes he also didnt think the match would deliver, but his main issue was the finish.

even when jim ross broke down a situation where da match could work, austin's first response was " what about the finish" and jim was like

'that'z easy:hubie:"
and austin was like " mayb for us":gucci:

a lot was going on back then
