Remember this classic: NBA2K14 Next Gen reveal

The jump from the PS2 2K7 to 360/PS3 2K7 seemed bigger to me but the jump to 2K14 on the One/PS4 was substantial. The last 2K that I was genuinely excited for. The game itsekf was standard initial next gen 2K in that it was bare bones but the graphics were incredible.

Unless they go backwards Live 2020 will be that.

My issue is te jump from 18 to 19 could've been covered with a patch.

Yearly releases are not gonna survive the new gaming landscape with marginal updates.

Yeah, we all need the competition but EA Sports was the reason. NBA Live ain't getting better with the gameplay which is made 2K lazier. EA was the reason why we didn't get 2K NFL. EA was the reason why the we didn't get new Fight Night.

We always been hating EA Sports once 2K came in and crush the buildings but now fukk 2K and EA

Look at how beautiful this game looked? How much this sh1t selling for on Steam these days? I may have to cop. They low-key snuck 360/PS3 graphics back into the newer games and we didn't even notice

I'm not paying for another 2k game until they announce they're bringing it back. Why purposely regress your visuals like that to the point where a 5 year old game looks superior to the latest one?
