The player who played the best in the series should win the MVP. It wasn't Lebron's fault the Cavs lost.
It kinda was. Their defense kept them in games but it was Bron that kept shooting them out of them

I swear nikkas just follow popular narratives and don't watch games

Fool I didn't say he deserved FMVP.. I was a person that understood why people felt that he did but ultimately, you can't give FMVP to a player on a losing team.. He wasn't inefficient on the offensive end because he had to do EVERYTHING. shyt would not have been 6 games if he didn't.. Was inefficient in other aspects of the game in that series? You're being willfully ignorant

HE SHOT 28% OUTSIDE THE PAINT .. LIKE SOME1 ELSE SAID, RUSSELL WESTBROOK JUS GOT CRUCIFIED FOR PUTTIN UP BETTER STATS ON THE SAME EFFICIENCY IN THESE PLAYOFFS. LEBRON WITOUT A SUPERTEAM TO COMPENSATE FOR HIS WEAKNESSES IS BASICALLY A BIGGER WESTBROOK WIT LESS HEART.

IF ANYTHING, IT EXPOSED HIM AS A STAT PADDER WHO RELIES ON ALPHA SCORERS FOR EFFICIENT OFFENSE

THE MEDIA GOT MOST THIS FORUM BY THE BALLS THO

dapped and repped

Degenerates on here crucified Russ and I was in one of the first threads saying "now the coli turning on Russ?".. Miss me with that shyt.. I gave Russ props.. You are moving goalposts and ignoring Love getting injuried against Boston and Kyrie breaking his kneecap.. Kevin Love does not make Cleveland a superteam.. But if you want to go with that narrative.. Who was the super player that LeBron played next to when Kyrie and K Love went down in the playoffs in '15???

HE DIDNT HAVE A SUPERTEAM IN THE 2015 FINALS .. THATS WHY HE WAS GARBO ON OFFENSE. U JUS MADE MY POINT.

You're being willfully ignorant.. Where was Cleveland suppose to get offense from? You're pretending all things were equal and LeBron shot 39% for no reason.. Context matters.. You choose to ignore that

LeBron played his ass off in that series. He did his thing. But under no circumstance should a player from a losing team win a finals MVP. None. People were bringing that Jerry West had did it before. Well that mothafukka shouldn't have won it either. And it's a reason it hadn't happens since then.

Lebron was the most valuable player in the series. By a long shot.

If you want to make up your own rule, "the MVP has to be on the winning team", then that's your rule. But don't pretend it ain't a made-up rule.

I love how Westbrook this year put up much more impressive numbers in this year's postseason on basically just as awful shooting as Lebron did that finals and he gets absolutely crucified for it, while ESPN and every media outlet rushed to crown KANG James the #2/3 of ALL-TIME in a LOSS to the Warriors putting up worse stats on equally garbage shooting, shyt is straight up autistic. Don't even try to start the "B-b-b-but supporting casts!1!1!!" shyt, Oldaipo, Kanter, and virtually everyone else on the Thunder were unforgivably useless when Westbrook sat, Lebron at least had Tristan crashing the boards with Delly going off for a few games, Russ had less than nothing.

Wait, did you just try to talk like Delly is a better partner on offense than Oladipo?

Are you taking something away from Lebron for Tristan crashing boards when Westbrook has Adams/Kanter/Gibson, the best rebounding front line in basketball?

Lebron averaged 36-13-9 on 40% (31% 3pt) against one of the best defenses in the NBA (DPOY runner up Draymond, 2nd-team Bogut, Finals MVP Iggy)
Westbrook averaged 37-12-11 on 39% (27% 3pt) against one of the worst defenses in the NBA

Lebron actually played on defense and helped qb a team that largely shutdown an elite offensive team
Westbrook wasn't doing shyt on defense

Lebron did it while extending to 6 in the Finals against the NBA champs
Westbrook did it while going down in 5 in the 1st round to a team that would be embarrassed in the 2nd round

Lebron had the worst supporting cast in Finals history
Westbrook had Oladipo, Adams, Gibson, Kanter, etc.

I'm not even going to keep going...he tried to talk like Eric Gordon and Ryan Anderson isn't any better on offense than JR and Delly. :lolbron:

This dude legit said LeBron plays like garbage without a superteam :gucci:

Yeah Jamario Moon and Mo Williams are super as fukk:gucci:

Young LeBron smashing the Pistons didn't happen now :gucci:

Having Donyell Marshall and Mo Williams as your respective 3rd and 2nd option makes you a superteam now :gucci:

Is this the same type of analysis that led you to dikkriding Harden? :russ:
At least you've accepted you have no rebuttal. :manny:

Iggy was the clear MVP on that series. He shut down the opposing teams only threat & averaged 16/6/4 on an absurd 52% FG & 40% 3PT.

Anyone who watched the actual games knows who was the most impactful player in that series. :umad:

He should've averaged 30-35 against that trash ass severely undermanned Cavs team being he was the MVP of the League instead some undrafted Aussie unathletic cac was giving him serious trouble until he ran out of gas. :hhh:
