downloading a song for 20 minutes from limewire or napster just to find out its a horrible fan made remix. Some shyt like dr dre, dmx, eminem rapping over the next episode instrumental, followed by fred durst screaming outta nowhere + r kelly's singing :dead: like nikka wtf who made this? :why:
They'd have a dj yelling all over the track. Used to piss me off.

I remember those days. AOL chats, angelfire webpages. Downloading anything of any significant size was a chore. Remember my neighbor gave me a CD-R full of porn and I was like how the fukk you get all this, he says," dedication :troll:" This is around 2003 when I built my first computer. I remember having to take the cable modem from the basement to my room just to get online cause wifi wasn't invented yet! And then struggling to use 1st gen 802.11b that would never connect. Hard times back then for sure.

I had dial-up in the 2000s :mjcry:
Online gaming was impossible, music downloads could take hours, and in my neighborhood, a phone call (not even it being picked up, just the phone call itself) would knock the internet down :picard:
Switched to DSL, and it was just as bad. :pachaha:
shyt, I didn't get wifi until high school, we're talking like 2010 :mjlol:
Had the slowest AT&T package until was almost in college :gucci:
The first time I saw an hour long video without buffering at home was 2013 :patrice:
