Steady state cardio after a good long sleep is a good way to burn fat especially if you're over 15-20 percent body fat. I'll be honest and let you know some of the weight you'll lose will be muscle too if you do it for more than 40 minutes.

But that's why you gotta weight train top to maintain your muscle mass.

Interval sprints with minimum rest in between

Slightly longer rest as the distance increases


Just wanna add that hiit (sprints and battle ropes) beat steady state cardio once homeboy is in descent shape. Otherwise kid might pull a hammy like I did just trying to jump into the good shyt :sadbron:

I don't dispute that.

I don't do it because it boring and tedious to me but everyone is different.

Get on that alkaline wave
Drink three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar a day
Morning
