Hey guys i have been lazy for 3 drinks
I eat alot including alot of cold drinks
Which exercise can i do to reduce belly fat ?
Hw long will it take me to reduce it
Please post pic of exercise

Its almost July, you nikkas all of a sudden wanna start dropping fat :laff:


Take this summer to do research.... shyt's not gonna pop for you this year. You gotta master counting calories. Best way to get started IMO though....

- Skip breakfast and don't eat after 7-8 PM
- Have at least 1.25g/lb of protein every day
- Cut out any drinks with calories
- Don't have coffee after ~11AM and any caffeine after ~8PM

From there u will have to get into doing cardio and cutting calories

But yea shyt's not gonna pop for u this year bro I'm just gonna keep it reol

No negative side effects. I would take a break every couple of months for a week or so though

I mean he could cut and get shredded for some of the summer,"IF" he knew what he was doing.

But he doesn't,@bucks3115 your best bet would be to keep doing what your doing and fell build more muscle for your cut next spring or just slowly change the way you eat and add cardio into your mix now and watch the slow progress by doing that.

Why do you recommend that? I always hear about people skipping breakfast but never really understood why
Just calories you don't really need. I'd rather have a bigger lunch or dinner or a snack before bed time. I'd rather be really hungry until noon than a little hungry all day. Plus if you are busy in the mornings you don't even think about it.

i dont agree with skipping breakfast its good to get protein and slow digesting carbs in your body right away

Not really. You don't eat while you sleep, a couple more hours won't do any damage.

Some people take to skipping breakfast better than others for sure so I'm not saying it's for everybody. But it's worth giving a shot. For me if I have breakfast I'm just as hungry at lunchtime, especially on a cut. So for me it's pointless
