Take this summer to do research.... shyt's not gonna pop for you this year. You gotta master counting calories. Best way to get started IMO though....
- Skip breakfast and don't eat after 7-8 PM
- Have at least 1.25g/lb of protein every day
- Cut out any drinks with calories
- Don't have coffee after ~11AM and any caffeine after ~8PM
From there u will have to get into doing cardio and cutting calories

Just calories you don't really need. I'd rather have a bigger lunch or dinner or a snack before bed time. I'd rather be really hungry until noon than a little hungry all day. Plus if you are busy in the mornings you don't even think about it.Why do you recommend that? I always hear about people skipping breakfast but never really understood why
