Don't defensive minded HC's win more titles as of late? RG3 needs a coach who will have his back and not throw him under the bus like Shanny and Gruden.

We've seen this play out 2 years in a ROW. Same outcome. Everyone dikkrides those backups when RG3 is in, but when they start for a few games they go to shyt. Coach doesn't like RG3 but can't get rid of him because of the owner. I'm not an expert on the Redskins, but RG3 hasn't looked all that bad the few games I've watched. He's just been surrounded by bad talent.

Cousins is actually underrated at this point. He can read defenses presnap, anticipate open receivers as well as throw receivers open. His fatal flaw is that he's turnover prone but if Cousins can cut down on his interceptions, he can be a pretty good QB. From a coaching standpoint the chance Cousins cuts down on his picks is better than the chance RG3 fixes his pocket presence.
