Anyone else had any issues with losing guns? Lost my rifle iv had since the beginning earlier and now my best pistol (the one from the back room in valentines med shop) is randomly missing too, and both are showing as me not having either in the gun book.

I’m not really feeling this I’m sorry I’m not feeling the horse . Controls are kinda klunky..don’t know if it me getting older but I don’t have the time to invest in open world games.
Yeah the controls are garbage but it's still a solid game overall. The thing I hate is all this forced down time traveling between different locations. You can put it on cinematic mode and it will auto travel for you but that's still not fast travel the game just controls the horse for you and it constantly runs into other people and horses. One time I ran into a dog and became wanted because somebody reported it. Then as you're moving there's constantly people flagging you down for BS. One time this mofo was screaming he needed help and I ran to him and it was just a guy in the woods taking pictures.

I'm still trying to figure out if I'm gonna drop down $60 for this. I'm seeing all kinds of comments about how slow and boring it is, at least in the beginning. My time is limited so I really need it to count.

Wasn’t “Gangs of New York” set in the 1860’s? That seems like a good location/era to have this type of game in. Those guys had political connects too, so there could be plenty of great storylines.

Why They Tryna Besmirsh The Character Of My Breh John Marston?

They really got him like the autistic little brother in this shyt.

But lowkey John Marston been a herb his whole life.
When you think back to RDR 1, it ain’t a nikka in that game that didn’t finesse him out some money, smash his wife or disrespect his family. John buss his gun but he always been a loser forreal forreal,

This is actually one of the reasons why I love this game. The freedom to just fire this up, play freely for an hour doing side missions or just fukking around causing havoc appeals to me. I’m like 6 hours in and have barely progressed the main storyline (and luckily I don’t have to.)

That being said, other than describing how much fun I’m having with this, I am restraining myself from recommending this game to anyone because I know the pace and setting is not for everyone. Just read our posts on our adventures so far and ask yourself if that is the kind of experience you might be into.
