Dre is far from the greatest rapper but Outkast as a duo are my personal GOAT duo. No one can f*ck with their 1st 3 albums. ATLiens is my favorite album ever. Period.

Bow Down is a great album, I don't know if it's a classic, though. I would say the title track was a classic, but not the whole album.
And even if, for the sake of argument, we said it was...
there's no way it goes above ATLiens or Aquemini.

I'll just say I'm east/south coast biased, and you're biased for the west coast, except that I actually had the capacity to have enjoyed Bow Down instead of blindly calling Westside Connection wack.
