I had to quote this again just to say, look at the money stacks.

He doesn't even have the decency to get stacks that are thick enough to fill up his hands for the photo, on top of that untailored suit.

He's so schister and indilligent that he can't even be bothered enough to get decent sized stacks of fake money and a decent suit for his scam.

Even rappers have the decency to flash decent stacks when they're trying to portray an image, he can't even do that right. :palm:
He must be watching this thread again, because he had the video taken down after realizing its a bad look. Yeah Jay you dumb ass, you look like a fukking con artist.

Stop scamming people Jay! :pacspit:

My question is, is this dude and his girl that well known that TV networks would be trying to show their wedding? :mjlol: He acting like they Jay and Beyonce. "Power couple". They are a regular couple, nobody checking for them. This like if Tariq Nasheed and Peanut tried to charge nikkas to see them exchange vows :russ:
Well at least Tariq didn’t already take millions without any investment taking place.

I didn't misunderstand, you misspoke. You said "You don't have to pay to watch his wedding," which is false. "You don't have to watch his wedding" is grammatically accurate.

I didn't misspeak. Why would I say he isn't charging for his wedding as if he didn't make this public? There was nothing to even debate, and no one even tried to debate it. I confirmed he was charging for his wedding before I commented.

As I said, "You don't have to pay to watch his wedding." can mean he's not charging OR you're not being forced. Maybe I could've said 'Nobody's forcing you to pay to watch his wedding', but I chose to phrase it that way.

It's odd that you're insisting that I misspoke. It ain't that deep. You simply misunderstand what I mean, but as I said, the way I phrased it, I can see why someone would misunderstand what I meant. I even admitted charging for his wedding is weird to me, but you ain't being forced to buy the shyt.

You said that I misunderstood. I'm saying I misunderstood because you misspoke. That's all.

Earlier on in video I posted (4:30 mark I think), he mentioned some of the funds are pending. Asking viewers to check with their banks to ensure payments go thru

:mjlit::mjlit:

That means the banks are flagging him for potential fraud

Again, I won’t call it a “scam”, because scams In my opinion are deliberately meant to steal from people.

I think this Fund is more like network marketing (5linx) where the people really believe they are helping you, it has a super high fail rate, and they sell you on empowerment and wealth. They are trying new things with your money, making money and losing yours, and start to hedge the facts in order to make it right, but go deeper into problems. But they never start with evil intentions.

If Jay Morrison is reading this, I would say grab a PR or branding guru (who doesn’t care about being famous, watch out for those ppl too) who can teach you about optics and positions.

Even I would’ve put money into it if you framed it as “Believe in this dream I have and crowdfund this idea that I think can save the Black Community” and be upfront with “I don’t have the know how but every dollar counts - no matter how little or how much you give, here are the community and properties we will purchase and here are the black businessss that have first right to open up in this property once we secure enough funds” - not framing it as some investment because most ppl won’t see more than $12 if it’s successful, so they are basically giving their money away anyway.

Also, Jay, you could’ve worked the wedding thing better. Honesty goes so far (Cardi B) in today’s world. Say straight up - “I am marrying my queen. Everything I have is tied up in this Tulsa idea, so I’m asking you to crowdfund/sponsor this wedding if you feel connected to us, and in turn we will stream the wedding, and hand sign &mail a thank you card to every single crowdfunder because you were there in spirit.”

All the fake cool stuff isn’t necessary, this isn’t the 90s.

its not scam, its nothing like 5link, you dont make money by bringing in people, its simply a REIT, it was approved through the SEC, the notion that jay got one over the SEC bureaucrats is silly, the chances of anybody losing money are slim...........now the chances of getting rich are slim also, and 10 million is nothing in the big scheme of things

the only way it could be a scam is if i he drained the bank accounts and dipped, which would mean jail for sure

Or he could get kickbacks from developers for financing their projects. Not saying he will but I could see that happening

Yeah sure, but people are tryna suggest there aren’t any projects to begin with

There are bunch of other things he could do, corporations are very corrupt and there is a lot of white collar crime that goes unprosecuted, and just a lot of shady shyt in general, ceo pay is corruption plain and simple and is shady as fuk, for example, but those aren’t scams per se, most white collar crime happens under legit business

So your point is true but it goes against the idea that it’s a scam
