I think there was another thread about this. It's tacky as hell. But again, he's trying to turn his own wedding into a business venture so he can write off the costs as losses. He knows he's not going to rake in money by selling the e-tickets, but through that he can show that the planning of the wedding (vendors, photography, videography, etc...) were business expenses and write them off come tax time. It's not a stupid idea by any means, but for someone who is fighting allegations of illegitimacy left and right in the financial world, it just doesn't look good. Trying to change the world and help pull up a bunch of different classes of people who were left behind by the finance world is awesome. Nickle and diming your support base to feed your bride's ego and giving off WakeUpNow get-rich-quick vibes is not awesome. He's just mirroring the culture though; the fact that people need to see the big show, the rented Phantom, the tacky rented house, etc... to think "oh he's getting money" speaks to the world we live in. It's sad.
