I gave a bunch of updates in another topic last month on here. Didn’t see any of the folks who didn’t invest saying a word.
Anyways as I said last month, they have about 5 or 6 deals in the works. They just announced this morning that they closed on the office space here in Atlanta. If any of the detectives on the Coli would have checked the SEC filings, they would have saw the purchase and sale agreement on there a long time ago.
Anyways, everything else is a mix of affordable housing in various states. They were trying to apply political pressure to get the BWS buildings. I highly doubt they’ll get them personally.

Coli was fukkin with jay until he wanted to put this fund together. Then of a sudden everything he did became suspect lol. Some of my mentors aren’t big on him because he’s too flashy and I definitely get it. But he gets busy when it comes to this real estate stuff.
