Yes, but it also reflects the shyt we value. When kids get away from their parents they start to act like the people they choose to associate with, even if they're being raised correctly at home. When everybody is on some "too cool for school" (been that way since I was in elementary) shyt and wanting to be followers, this is what happens.their parent are too busy either trying to live a second childhood, arguing about nonsense on social media or completely disinterested and unconcerned about the education of their children.
Stats like these reflect poorly on black parents more than even the child.
A lot of coli brehs need to gain some self awareness and recognize where they are failing their child or children
