Yeah, I gotta admit The FOX mutant Universe continuity is fukked. But I'm still looking forward to this as a one off, irreverent Deadpool in a Rated R flick should be fun.

Have to see how it goes. its possible it may flop and not because of its R rating but if people just find the surreal aspect and action comedy part played out or the character obnoxious

But Deadpool seems to have a very popular fanbase with a growing comic culture audience (That's people who like comic book/geek stuff even if they dont read the books per say) in the same way Harley Quinn did for years that I'm betting it'll do a decent number and you may even get kids under the R rating age sneak in to watch.

Were the Blade movies R? I seem to recall the first 2 doing well so it may have a chance.

But we'll see.

Not sure what is going on in the trailer.
Yet his deadpool costume should have got that fox meets marvel movie magic on wardrobe treatment to change the color scheme.
As that deadpool costume look really phoney in the trailer.
Like seventies horrific Spiderman movie bad on film.
Maybe it is one of those won't translate till you see the full movie but the trailer makes that costume look real funny in the light.
Kinda skeptical about this but they did a good job on antman.
so I think they can manuever around that.
Yet, and still I do honestly have disconnect about his costume on film and it is the honest truth.
