What's this new found fame everyone is talking about

If they let him cook the audience would have no idea what's going on
What??

You heard that pop.

For a company who caters to smarks and Internet fans so much, the entire crowd wouldve known Bruce. It would have been like those nxt shows where the crowd knows the indy guys.

This is what happens when the marks think that a fake fighting podcaster is somehow someone with a mainstream appeal, just take one look at that fat ass and you’d know why the WWE didn’t want his ass on TV

Lets just ignore the fact his podcast is Sports Illustrated sports podcast of the year.

Lets just ignore they did a show after an NBA game at Barclay's.

Ur trying too hard. :camby:

They still have to do all the yearly wrestlemania nostalgia mess so they're probably saving some stuff.. I'm hoping they keep that to a minimum too. I'm hoping last year's mania was a sign that they really did move on from relying on Hogan/rock/hbk/etc...coming out and making the current stars they little brothers.

Pritchard could have challenged Austin for pop of the night if they put him out there in front of a live crowd. Plus with his newfound fame coming at the expense of his time with the WWE instead of a WWE authorized show, I don't think there was a huge rush to showcase him prominently.

Not to mention the show was a complete clusterfukk with all the people they announced as appearing.
I don't listen to podcasts so I have no clue who the hell Bruce Pritchard is.

Brother Love would have got a big pop but not the pop of the night. Geez, are you guys able to post in anything other than hyperbole? Anywhoodles, I was kind of shocked he got such a large pop seeing as how he was a heel his entire career and I think even the last time he came back he was a smug a$$hole.

Sports Illustrated named Something to Wrestle With their Sports Podcast of the Year two years in a row.

Prichard had an event in Brooklyn the weekend before Raw with Bischoff. Given how very well received the Podcast is by the mainstream and old school :flabbynsick: fans, can't just write that off.

At the Manhattan center I'm pretty sure Prichard would have gotten an insane pop. At Barclays not so much, still a good pop none the less

They should really do a show from the Manhattan center one a year though, the atmosphere is top notch and now you know people will pay $400 a pop to watch there

The show was basically some new material to do another special on, now they have new clips to add to their video packages, and with the successful ratings something to look back on and say it was a success, despite ignoring the ratings when they dont fit their agenda.

Did you bother to read what you quoted? I DO NOT listen to podcasts so I DO NOT know who the hell Bruce Pritchard is. I also read about him winning this award you spoke of earler in the thread.

What’s left of the current play fighting audience? Just the marks of the marks of the marks. So obviously that fat shyt would get a pop from that neckbeard audience

GOATsso left along with casual viewers in 1999
