So far the results for Charlotte is 7.74 and the poll closes in 2 days.
Well, this could be an interesting and unexpected turn of events.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Went to Charlotte for a day. Very nice city and a financial center for people who like finance but don’t want to live in Chicago or NYC.

Pretty clean. The streets in the downtown seem inspired by the hot dog carts in NY.

I took a train ride around the city.

if you’re still stuck in LIT phase then Charlotte is not as fun as Atlanta or DC. Just warning you.

The food scene in Charlotte was much worse compared to Charleston also.

7/10.

9/10. Lots of nice middle class Black communities, still decent opportunities, housing is affordable, you can could argue that this city is what Atlanta was maybe 10-15 years ago. I may consider moving there when I retire, between this and Savannah, GA.

what’s the name of the middle class black communities?

I haven't heard much of Myrtle Beach. I've heard Charleston is nice and has some interesting historical places there. Of course they always seem to get hit with these hurricanes lately.

nothing amazing about Myrtle beach it’s a retirement town/vacation town.

last time I went to Myrtle Beach I took my mom down there and we killed time and went to Charleston, Charlotte, DC and then back home.

Me and my wife both wanna move there in the next 5 years. I grew up in Minneapolis and she's from IL. I've been there a few times and it always reminded me of home but a southern version so warmer and blacker. Seems like a dope midsized city in that its a real city but it ain't as overwhelming crowded as Chicago (where I lived for 5 years) or other East coast cities. Is that an accurate vibe from those that live there? Also any thoughts/advice to someone considering moving down that way?
