Enjoyed the whole thing, even the 2nd half.

Mikimi and mello saved that second half.

The first half... top tier, easy 10
Second half things def go downhill, but still good. Just pales in comparison to the first half. Anything lower than a high 8 is buggin imo

Great up until you know who dies and the cat and mouse suspense ends with him. The ending salvages the second half enough for it to be a 7

what i've watched so far is a solid 8-9 range, but i didn't finish it cause i got hooked on fairy tale.

Solid overall and great classic moments but some weaker parts here and there

Artistic direction (characters colored in a grey world to reflect their personality during tense moments, drawing style changing to reflect intensity, with Light in particular) is excellent

I gave it a 7. The first half was one of the hardest shyt on TV. Great concept, tension, and suspense. The later part was a letdown.

Probably overrating it but gave it a 9 just based off of how unique it was. Like everyone said after L it drops off so badly. They were better off ending right then and there
