It always amazes me when people start yelling that "ruined the franchise" mess when it comes to remakes yet there are sequels in said franchise that are terrible. When robocop 3 exists and a tv series, there's no way you can say that remake ruined the franchise

Yeah no doubt. I was nervous to watch it because of the stigma and the PG-13 rating but holy shyt.

Watched Dope last night I'd give it a 7/10. It was very good but the conclusion was cliche as hell with no proper payoff.
Also watched Nightmare on elm street 2010 again. 6/10. It wasn't as bad as people made it out to be but it wasn't campy like the others and plus most people will never accept a remake for what it actually is. I kinda liked the dark tone of the movie and actually making Freddie a monster.
