feels more mundane than the kitchen version. Son had a nice voice no need for the auto-tune, kitchen version, perhaps due to being less produced, it’s merely the keys and his voice carrying it, gets across the “pain” whereas this version feels more typical rap bravado.
I’m genuinely surprised no nikka has taken the acoustic gospel trap lane yet. It’s a great lane for story telling cause you can talk about your life experiences while conveying a message of the pain we go through as people, and ultimately of hope of ending in a better situation. Well, at least to me knowledge.
