An affidavit released on Friday provided new details on the events leading up to the arrest of Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross.

Ross was arrested by Shawnee police officers on Oct. 23 following a domestic disturbance.


A police report states a confrontation began when Ross allegedly discovered something on the woman's phone that upset him.

According to the affidavit, Ross pushed the woman and threw multiple items at her. Officers on scene found a "small scratch" on the victim's hand.

Ross admitted to breaking a computer, but said the computer was his.

He told police he did not break any of the woman's items.

A witness told police she witnessed Ross pushing the woman, while a second witness told police he saw Ross damage the victim's vehicle with a knife.

Ross' grandmother, listed as a witness in court documents, told police Ross pushed the victim after he discovered she cheated on him.

Ross was placed on the NFL Commissioner's exempt list while the NFL investigates him, meaning he will not play this Sunday.

Online court records state that Ross has applied for diversion in the case.

While that is an incredible feat, Tomlin has gotten a total free pass for not winning with the loaded Steelers teams with Ben, Bell and AB. He vastly underachieved. Hasnt won a playoff game in 7 years. Great coach, still. Im not gonna go crazy with the overachieving praise without mentioning the underachieving phase.

This is more in line with how Jovan Belcher crashed out than Kareem Hunt.

Kareem's situation is nothing like this. That woman in the Kareem Hunt case attacked people in their hotel room and called him the n-word. She got kicked out of their little after hours party because she got into with Kareem's girl at the time. The woman in that case would have been the only one going to jail that night and it was Kareem Hunt who didn't press charges on her. For some reason people thought the Kareem Hunt shyt was DV, but it was racist-Karen moment.

edit: Kareem Hunt got cut by the Chiefs because he lied and said nothing happened. But he was never in legal trouble behind that issue.

But regardless, Justyn Ross fukked up letting his emotions take over after finding out he got cheated on. He'll probably end up in USFL/XFL and i'm not even sayin that to be funny.
