Bucks might catch a break with that third seed anyway. It’s looking like Sixers vs Heat play in

Victor Wembwnamyae will be unavailable to pull up for 27 tonight.

Thank you for coming along with me on this season long journey of predicting wembys per game averages.

We will return next year 👺🧑‍🚀🤣😈👀❤️

We've seen with Kareem (retroactively) and now LeBron (in real time): by and large you're not gonna out-GOAT Jordan in popular/public opinion with longevity stats. Instead, it'll take a scorching hot streak of near perfect dominance (probably about a decade, minimum) in the categories of eye-test, stats, and titles. That's damn hard/borderline impossible to achieve.

But Wemby passes the eye-test. Must be how mf'ers were looking at young Jordan in the mid 80s. And he has the potential to pass the stat test.. like he feasibly could have multiple seasons where he's both MVP and DPotY, while annually leading the league in both blocks and rebounds.

You can gather all that just from watching him as a rookie this year. He's the real deal. It'll just be interesting how his health holds up and how soon it'll take to get serious teammates and a co-star around him.

Something to keep in mind if you're betting. 98% of Finals winners are top 3 seeds.

Only twice in NBA history has a 4th-10th seed ever won the NBA Championship:
1. Bill Russell's Celtics were the 4th seed (but really were a dynasty, so they were realistically a 1st seed)
2. Olajuwon's Rockets (6th seed)

1st three seeds West:
Thunder
Timberwolves
Nuggets

1st three seeds East:
Celtics
Bucks
Knicks

I'm not saying it can't happen, but the odds are highly stacked against your favor if you're thinking Mavericks, Suns, Magic, Pacers, etc. are going to win it all.

I can realistically see Denver winning again.

Celtics bench bringing back that fire and desire that the Celtics starters were missing the last couple games
