even last year it was obvious that silas felt his job was tethered to green. that dumb stint with theis out there was just to have a simple pylon for jalen green to dribble around and figure things out while wood was auditioning for his new team.

i've always liked silas, but i don't think he can run a team and develop guys at the same time. and its not like he was hired to do it either
