Plus Plumlee can facilitate which is why he's still starting over Richards.

the only reason plumlee starts is because he's the one guy who has real chemistry with hayward lol. and hayward isn't nearly good enough to warrant a dedicated big like that anymore
His post play is very good and he keeps his eyes up. That's why he's on the floor, plus he's a vet. Plays bigger than his size, which helps with them boards.

this org has been that way at literally every position for years now.his post play is only good against teams that have no intention of playing defense in the first place lol... cliff be ready to throw up each time mason decides on his own to chase some guard 5 ft beyond the 3pt line as soon as the ball crosses half court. the only thing he's consistently good for is screens - and none of our perimeter guys need that to penetrate aside from gordon. but gordon runs from the ball like batum now so we're literally better off with PJ at 5
