Of all the problems LAL still has, I kinda thought they’d turned the corner on the whole AD can’t get a solid post-up / paint touch / priority / etc in the final 5-10 minutes of a game/OT.

Big men can't post up like they used to due to how defenses collapse on them and how smaller guys will flop and honestly, they don't have great back to the basket games. It's why teams put smaller yet strong guards/wings on em and live with the results.

In AD's specific case, he's never been a back to the basket big...he is a face up one

Not sure what the numbers will look like but just from an enjoyment standpoint, Rivals Week was a major W for the NBA and should be a fixture going forward. Outside of that Lakers/Clippers game, every matchup was competitive and went down to the wire. Can't ask for much more as a viewer

Same with having ABC triple headers outside of just Christmas or the playoffs.

Yea Disney tripping not having more games on ABC but overall the presentation hasn't been great with them

I know with NBC now, they'd put more games on USA/Peacock but their presentation would still be a step above what we're getting with ESPN now.

Yeah the presentation could definitely be better but overall more games on network TV is good for the league

Apparently, the Suns players support Jae Crowder and want him back.

Which could mean Jae has an issue with Monty. He said he doesn't have an issue with the organization, his teammates, and James Jones.
his issue is he ain't starting - because there are better players in front of him - which the other players seem to have no problem with either

chris needs to stop talking on other ppl's situations version.104

The standings in the West are crazy.

The difference between 4th/home court in 1st round, and being completely out of the playoffs/11th is TWO GAMES. If you went back to 13th (Lakers), its only 3 games difference.

The 2nd half of the season in the West is gonna be wild.

Yea,, for all the doom and gloom and obituary writing of the Clippers... they still have a better record than the Warriors, Suns, Mavs, etc., and are currently in 4th place :dead:

Granted they about to load manage themselves an L to CLE tonight. But point is no team has their shyt together other than DEN and what we thought was MEM up until Shannon-gate.
