They need a big man ASAP because Plumlee ain’t it. Hayward is Reddikk on the Pelicans (useless). Rozier is a spark but does whatever the he wants after a while. You never know what you getting out of Oubre.
Squad needs to be built around Melo and Bridges.

Oubre & Rozier are pretty good, definitely good coming off the bench or even starting if someone is hurt. The rest can be scrapped and replaced.
