Smart doesn't foul hunt on offense at all. He would never get the calls if he did, he's not a star. He flops on defense. Which a lot of defenders do because the rules of today's game heavily favors the offense so you HAVE to flop/sell contact to get anything on that end.
What Embiid, Trae and Harden do is totally different. They incessantly hunt for fouls on the side of the ball where they already have the advantage. It's pretty embarrassing to watch.
