His ex forgave him, he went to classes, gave up alcohol and has proven his character past 10 years. What he did was horrible but I just dont see the point in hunting him down and forcing him not to work again when all parties have moved on and he has done his bid.

It's funny how when it's a black man their past is used to condemn them for all of eternity. If it's a white man it's a guarantee that any successes after will be painted as a redemption story and something to be motivated by regardless if that person changed anything or not.
