Pels need to sign Zo, and maybe higher another coach to try to build a winning culture. Pels have lost too many close games to have confidence in Van Gundy. Only chance of keeping Zion long term.

Ehhhh that’s not a core you lock in long. They shouldn’t make the same mistake that Sacramento did.

A new coach isn’t going to solve the fundamental flaws on that roster.

Quit all the caping. These coaches ain’t coaching shyt. They all got the same gameplay, facepace, uptempo, layups and 3’s, minimal defense. There’s hardly any creativity, zero innovation, and they are hesitant on adjustments when they are clearly needed. That’s what made the Heat/Spurs Finals so special, Pop and Spo were coaching their asses off. Spo could have easily just let Lebron do what he does, like Kerr does, and it would of resulted in another 2011 performance for him.

Mike Malone, Thibs, Q Snyder, Billy D, Monty, Frank V, Spo, Pop, Mike Bud is decent, Nick Nurse are all examples of coaches and their staff that be actually coaching shyt.
