Does either Nets Guard(Kyrie or Harden) get a First Team All NBA Nod? Steph is clearly getting one spot, Luka might take the other? Dame finally got a first team nod a couple years ago but he’s either 2nd or 3rd this year.
I always thought Harden was a lock till the injury, now he might slide to the Second Team. Steph is First Team for sure and I think it’s gonna go down to which team is better at the end (Portland or Dallas) to decide if it’s Dame or Doncic that joins him. Of course, Suns keep on winning and CP3 might take some votes as well as Booker. And then there’s Donovan Mitchell, Kyrie, and Trae who’ll steal votes too. The guard spots are loaded that Westbrook might finish with a triple double and Beal might still win the scoring title and both might not even make an All NBA Team :whoo:

:mjlol: Mans putting on god level stats with his team in playoff contention but he shouldn’t be mvp? None of the mvp candidates doing what Steph is doing

Yeah, I agree. For me it's between Steph and Jokic, so the hometown bias gives Steph the edge.

I hope he wins, these last games will be so fun to see (from them both).

I'm not going to be pressed if the Joker wins though...

Yea, guys like Harden and LeBron were locks for first team but now with the amount of missed games... :manny:

Those slots are probably there for the taking for Luka and Kawhi/PG, depending on how they finish out the season.

I assume they wouldn't allow a center to have a forward spot, and so Embiid will end up 2nd team?

I'm actually critiquing Wilt needing to shoot the ball so many more times to put up those numbers... so I dunno what you're being more fair about :skip:but go on and cook

I was just pointing out that Curry took more shots to get his streak than your post suggested.
Who’s putting up similar numbers to Steph on his shooting splits? :dahell:

Zach LaVine and KD :manny:

Gotcha, I see where the confusion occurred. The 31ppg i was referring to (on 21 shots) is Curry's season ppg, not his streak average.

I was conveying to the poster that if any other elite scorer was shooting the ball 35+ times a game like Wilt, they'd easily have a 65 consecutive 30 point game stretch too. But the idea of gettin that many shots up a game is what's borderline surreal
