And only making like $300K per season for the next six years or so
i dont think thats accurate ... it was a 4 year deal, with last year counting as part of the contract because he was on a non guaranteed deal at the time and hes making like 1.5M per season. he has two years left on the deal after this season i believe unless Im missing something about his contract. still dont get it, but its not 6 years at 300k

Smh, ANOTHER loss by Portland to a "playoff" team

Portland and the Lakers both had the 3rd and 4th toughest schedules remaining in the West, but given LAL's massive injury handicap it's inexcusable that a relatively healthy Portland team is actually losing ground to LAL's role players in the seedings. Same applies to Dallas.

Edit - I see not lost, but it might as well be considered a loss :dead:

Can't tell. Either its not happening with him or we're keeping him til the end of the season and there's no rush to get him on the court in some "prove your worth to us" minutes that ten day players usually get. Can't go into the post season with only Zu and a suspect Ibaka as the only bigs either. We'll see what happens. I'm thinking he's staying tho.

I thought Cousins would've allowed yall to finally experiment with that Ibaka/Zubac front court Ty Lue talked about in the offseason.

And how injured is Ibaka?

Portland is simply too small with their backcourt/guards to compete...most championship teams got big guards/wing players and Portland is sending out 6'0 Dame & 6'2 CJ...that ain't gonna cut it
