Don't know how to view these playoffs. :patrice: What's the point of home court and records if everything's being played in one place? There's literally no advantages this "postseason" that's usually there in professional American team sports. Whoever wins this thing, how should there ring be measured? :patrice: Everything's flat, so where's the adversity that comes with road games?

Well I'll say your seeding is an advantage because you generally are getting better matchups. But outside of that, there's no other benefit really.

The Lakers actually have a tough 8th seed and 4th seed matchup this year tho so it feels like the 1 seed didn't matter but normally the 8th and 4th aren't as good as they are this year.

Since the Bubble is a neutral site, this may have been the year to test out the 1-16 format :jbhmm:

the nba really fumbled it in that regards they could have tried so many things. Time zones, travel etc. don't matter could have tested that out.

Could have also done what the nhl did top 4 seeds in each conference have a "bye" and play a few games for seeding. While the other teams play a best of 5

ah well

The amount of early ass games I'm about to miss:martin:

Really sucks that they scheduled the games so early. 1:30 pm start times:beli:

It's a lot of series we can skip though, especially in the East. People hyping up the Pacers vs the Heat because of the TJ/Jimmy rivalry and how they are close in the standings, but I think the Heat might take that shyt easy. Plus the Pacers are always boring and put me to sleep...
